New design of my older 3D printed RC car. This design includes stronger parts, DFM, DFA, clever printing techniques, as well as more reliant steering and driving systems.
Working alongside Glaukos (a medical technology company) and four other Seniors at USD, I worked on developing a process to automate a hypodermic tube cleaning process to mass sterilize tubes for use in medical devices.
This project involved robot path planning, multifixture integration, fixture development, and many hours of troubleshooting and work.
For my Introduction to Robotics class, our final project was to develop a 3 degree of freedom robot and calculate the forward and inverse kinematics of our robot geometry. We then were tasked with developing code that is able to calculate the joint angles and drive our joints using actuators/motors.
This project involved CAD, 3D printing, laser cutting, stepper motor control, Matlab & C++, and microcontrollers.
The LED snake game is a twist on the popular arcade snake game. This project implements an Arduino, a 16x16 LED matrix, and a joystick to replicate the all time classic game in a new and physical way through coding, wiring, and multiple colors.
